Shipping Policy

We ship all products by Canada Post. Orders are fulfilled the same day they are received and are shipped within 2 days. Local delivery within

the greater Barrie area is $5.

Return & Exchange Policy

All diffusers come with a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Defective or damaged products may be returned within 1 week of receipt. Return shipping under these situations is free.

If you are not completely satisfied with your diffuser we will allow a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns or exchanges of fragrance oils is NOT permitted due to safety reasons.
